Management students of the FORE School of Management, New Delhi visited the Parle factory at Bahadurgarh, Haryana as a part of their Institute-Industry Interface during the October of 2010. The buses left the college premise at 8 am.   In all, 240 students pursuing PGDM (General) and International rail line (IB) from the batch of 2010-2012 visited the factory in six groups over a span of 3 days from October 11 to the 12th.   after arriver at the site, the students were received by Mr. Vishal Joshi, the HR head of the Parle-Bahadurgarh factory. After being shown an animated short film on the growing of Parle into its current state, they were apt(p) a detailed presentation nearly the creation, evolution and functioning of the brand Parle and different processes that are feature to manufacture a host of Parle products like biscuits, confectionaries and chips. They were also briefed nearly various other management issues such as damage management of the factory, quality control, export, and the companys association with arena Health Organization (WHO). It was insightful.   Witnessing the manufacturing process from ones own eye is an unforgettable experience. The students were then taken around the factory and severally process was explained to them in easy to understand and clear manner.

The students could verify for themselves how efficiently, hygienically and smoothly Parle was carrying out its manufacturing operation. There was the mesmerizing liveliness of the biscuits being processed.   After this, a question and answer seance was held where all questions asked by the management were answered to their complete satisfaction.
