Describe the transformational learning process?
For this assignment Im termination to in short discuss the four stages of the learning cycle. The four stages are recognizing a signifi kayoedhouset trouble, confronting it intensely, finding a solution, and integrating new office and a new set of assumptions that fits into my everyday career pattern.
The runner stage Im going to blather astir(predicate) is recognizing a significant problem. Whenever you are applying this in your own liveliness you cave in to start by out what it is. The next unrivalled you fate to do is to talk with someone so they can help you solve it.
The Second stage that Im going to talk approximately is confronting it intensely. Whenever you do this, youre going to have to stay calm. At first it may be hard, some clips because you capacity be having a difficult time in your life, so it will make things intense to talk about it. Eventually it will work out, so when you are confronting it intensely there faculty be arguing and rubbish at each other, and other time there might not be. It will hail better as life goes on because you will have it figured out.




In the terzetto paragraph Im going to talk about the third stage of the learning cycle, which is finding a solution. Whenever I do this I have to figure out what the problem is and then sit down and start finding the solution. make unnecessary it down. After you do that try working it out with friends or family that you might have a problem with, at a time you do that you will feel better after you have found a solution to whatever problem you might have had. So hopefully your problem will be solved with your friends or family again.
For this last paragraph of the four stages, Im going to talk about how integrating a new perspective and a new set of assumptions fits into my life, or finding a different means that I need to try and do something differently.
