The business world consists of many companies. Many of the companies have similar traits, habits and goals. However, from reading the Global Communications scenario, three common threads which are found in whole companies are organisational communication, emotional intelligence and organisational commitment. If a company has a solid plan to fix with these types of issues then they are ahead of the game. GC clearly did not understand the magnitude of what they were facing when they decided to restructure the company. It was around like a domino effect. GC services need to be revamped, which meant they had to hire better trained employees, and in guild to hire more experienced employees GC had to cut expenses. Therefore, GC struggled with many issues that could have been prevented if the company would have acted sooner.
