The analysis consist of what characteristics of the audience must the researcher consider, what communication channels are appropriate, what are some considerations to keep in mind given the renewing of the audience, and how do the researcher can ensure the message is effective. Characteristics to be Considered When analyzing the audience, which consists of managers, salespeople, and customers, it is needed to consider demographic, psychographic, and situational characteristics. The demographic characteristics are the age, gender, ethnicity, education level, unearthly or political affiliations, economic status, sexual orientation, family background, and group social status of the audience (Locker & Kienzler, 2008).

One has to keep in consideration that non everyone has the same background and educational levels. Having the knowledge of the demographic characteristics of the audience makes it easier to adapt the message for the audience advantage. Psychographic characteristics consist of beliefs, values, attitudes, and behavior of the audience (Locker & Kienzler, 2008). When addressing the audience it is extremely important to understand the psychographics of each person. Neglecting to do so will consequently trigger a ban effect on the impact that the message was intended to demand on the audience.
