Well some people can and the close why is called coeliac Disease, My Interest in Celiac started bear in 2006 when my mother was first diagnosed with the disease. She was having a continual clog loss, developed a thyroid problem requiring medication so was diagnosed with lymphoma and Osteoporosis. The gastroenterologist she was seeing didnt think she had Celiac disease but she insisted on having an endoscopy. He was embarrassed when it came back positive. Prior to this I knew nonentity about this disease. it just goes to show that many people great power have coeliac and may have never been mightily diagnosed.  So I will go over what celiac is defined as, the symptoms followed by the testing procedures and finally the treatment.
